Hytra moved to the seventh-floor rooftop of the Onassis Cultural Centre on Syngrou in 2010 and held a Michelin star throughout — currently chef Tasos Mantis. The summer terrace looks south over the Athens-to-Faliro axis (the Acropolis to the north on a clear night, the Saronic Gulf to the south on most), the winter dining room is glass-walled and quiet. The menu reads contemporary-Greek — fish-led, raw-marinated vegetables, dolma technique pushed past the cousin meze grammar — and the wine list leans heavily on Greek estates. Cultural-context dining: book before a Stegi concert downstairs, or come for the dinner-only run when the institution is closed.
Summer terrace from May through September — request when booking. Lift access via the Onassis Stegi main entrance, then concierge to the seventh floor. Pair the dinner with a Stegi performance to use the building twice.
