Apéro opened in July 2019 on a quiet Köyiçi side-street and has held its bench since — pastry chef Nas runs the back oven, partner Cem the front room, and the daily output is what a French village would recognise: laminated viennoiserie, brownies and cookies done properly, a short bruschetta and sandwich list built on the morning's bread. No buffet, no flower-wall theatre, prices written for a bakery rather than for Alaçatı tourism. Closed Tuesdays, the shutter down at 19:00 — which is exactly when a serious bakery should be off the floor.
Editor's Tip
Order the morning's croissant and a sandwich made on house bread before noon — both run out by mid-afternoon. The cookies travel; the bread does not.
