A doll-sized gelateria on a hidden Oltrarno corner, della Passera has made gelato from organic, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients since 2010. Owner Cinzia's flavours, from real-lime mojito to muted-toned classics, are the deliberate opposite of the fluorescent mounds near the sights. Worth the detour off the cruise-crowd route.
