Opened in 2011 by Mokxa, Lyon's pioneering specialty roaster, La Boîte à Café is the city's benchmark coffee room. Direct-trade beans roasted locally are served as flat whites, V60, Chemex, piston and nitro cold brew, alongside a tight selection of pastries and bags to take home. Small, green-toned and seriously focused on the cup.
