Tucked onto the quiet Place de la Baleine in Renaissance Vieux Lyon, Le Florian is a small, jazz-scored cocktail bar named in homage to Venice's Caffè Florian. Mixologists turn out polished classics and house creations to a saxophone soundtrack, with a handful of terrace tables under a lime tree. A romantic, low-key choice in the old town.
