Set inside the Cour des Loges hotel in UNESCO-listed Vieux Lyon, Les Loges dines beneath a Florentine courtyard crowned by a 17-metre glass canopy. Chef Anthony Bonnet regained the Michelin star in 2026, less than a year after the hotel's Radisson Collection relaunch, with terroir-driven, product-first cooking. The setting is among the most beautiful dining rooms in the city.
