Bastian Ruga and Agathe Drevet won Circle its first Michelin star in 2026, two years after opening in the Presqu'île. There is no menu — a blind tasting led by the chef and his maître d', charting bold, youthful cooking with North African and Asian threads and original pairings across natural wine, beer and herbal tea. Convivial rather than reverent, and one of Lyon's most exciting young rooms.
Blind tasting only — come open-minded and flag allergies in advance. The drink pairings are unusually adventurous and part of the point.
