Cuilleron brothers' Saône-side bistronomy, a new Bib for 2026
Top Chef alumnus Grégory Cuilleron runs this Vieux Lyon room with his brother Thibault and friend Antoine Larmaraud, on the banks of the Saône. The cooking is modern gastro-bistro, built on good produce and precise cooking, with a list of well-chosen natural, organic and biodynamic wines. It picked up a Michelin Bib Gourmand in the 2026 selection.
Grab a terrace table by the Saône in summer. Open Thursday to Monday, so mind the early-week closure.
