Isabelle and Laura met waitressing at Café des Fédérations and opened their own bouchon at the foot of the Croix-Rousse slopes, near Place Sathonay. They keep the traditional bouchon repertoire but lighten and refresh it, the same flavours with less fat and more finesse. The room is warm and convivial, an antidote to the tourist-menu bouchons nearby.
