Since 2012 Gianluca and Maddalena have run Vinoir as one of Milan's first dedicated natural-wine bars, with a rotating list of small artisan and biodynamic producers and a tight 'vini d'autore e cucina' food offer. The room is chic but unpretentious, the focus squarely on what's in the glass. A serious enoteca on a quieter stretch of the Naviglio Grande.
