Le Péché Mignon
Le Petit Marais / Riquier
Three-generation Niçoise pâtissier-chocolatier on rue Bonaparte
Founded in 1925 and run by the Torre family since 1975, Cafés Indien is the city's oldest roastery, tucked in the lanes below Tour Saint-François. SCA-trained roaster Jean-François Torre roasts single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia and beyond, alongside teas, infusions and artisan chocolate. A working brûlerie, not a concept café.
