Vietnamese street food on Tegernseer Landstraße — chef Hieu's southern-style Pho
Chef Hieu comes from a Vietnamese restaurant family and runs Bep Ho on the Obergiesing strip with a deliberately tight menu: Pho Bo in southern style (sweeter broth, hoisin on the side), Banh Mi on the proper baguette, rice noodle salads, summer rolls. Forty seats, modern furnishings, no tablecloth pretension — a working-Vietnamese kitchen rather than a fusion act. Open 11:30–20:00 daily, walk-in territory.
