| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Founded in 1999 by an Anatolian family that moved south via Istanbul, Otantik runs the only ocakbaşı on the peninsula that takes meat as seriously as Istanbul's Köşebaşı tier — a long charcoal grill, dry-aged ribeye and lamb chops cut to order, kebabs built on the day's mince. Atatürk Caddesi address, Michelin Bib Gourmand 2024-2026, year-round. The closest Bodrum has to a credible steakhouse without the spectacle.
