Terroir-driven Aegean cooking and rooms in Kuşçular village
Osman and Ezgi Serdaroğlu's restaurant-with-rooms sources roughly 90% of its ingredients within a few kilometres of Kuşçular, running a composting, zero-waste kitchen. It carries a Michelin Star and Green Star, and Ezgi Serdaroğlu took the 2026 Michelin Service Award for the dining room.
