The house that the legendary Mère Eugénie Brazier built in 1921, restored to two Michelin stars by Mathieu Viannay since 2008. Belle Époque rooms, white linen and a kitchen that holds the Lyonnais codes — the bresse poularde demi-deuil, the artichoke-and-foie-gras — while letting Viannay's own precision breathe. The reference point for serious Lyon dining.
