Niko Romito (three MICHELIN stars at Reale) built a modern Italian canon here over two years of studying tradition: light, substance-forward cooking where flavour leads form. The dining room opens onto the Bulgari Hotel's private garden in the heart of Brera. Substance, not spectacle, despite the address.
