Tudor Hall

Tudor Hall sits on the seventh floor of the Hotel Grande Bretagne's sister property the King George on Syntagma, a wood-panelled formal dining room (the name preserves the original 1936 fit-out) with a terrace that looks south-west directly at the Acropolis. The kitchen runs a classical-Greek tasting menu under chef Asterios Koustoudis — set seasonally, three to seven courses, with a serious Greek-and-French wine list. The format is the polished hotel-fine-dining register: tablecloths, slower service, the kind of meal that takes two and a half hours and is not asking to be shorter.
