Aqua Restaurant & Beach

Aqua works the Bitez Yalısı end of the seafront strip and trades on the cleaner version of the all-day beach-restaurant model: kitchen open from breakfast through to late, daybeds and umbrellas on the sand, and a tighter seafood programme than the wider all-day rooms further up the bay. Fresh fish and shrimp are the order, with a careful Aegean-meze line and a lamb option for the table that does not want fish. The reading is consistent: tablecloths down by sunset, candles by nightfall, the kitchen still running at midnight on weekends. The chapter holds Aqua as the seafront's restaurant-first alternative to the Branco compound and the older Sarnıç beach club, with a quieter, less programmed daytime register.
