Bungalow is the pool bar that holds the middle of the day at HYDE Bodrum — an all-day tapas and cocktail kitchen built around the resort's adult-only pool deck. The plates lean Aegean with global accents, the cocktail list moves through both classic and signature, and the format is set up for the slow lunch-into-evening that the property's late-night dinner rooms then take over. Friday and Saturday afternoons the resident DJ programme kicks in and the room shifts into the early-party register that the brand built itself on.
