Torba is the family-resort north coast — a long sheltered bay east of Bodrum-merkez where the peninsula's hotel cycle moved up the hills (Caresse, Vogue, the rest) and left the bay floor low-rise. The crowd skews family and short-trip charter from Istanbul, the eating runs through hotel kitchens for breakfast and dinner, and the Kilise Mevkii sand holds one of the rare year-round operators in the chapter. The shift here is breakfast and early dinner — the bay faces north and loses sun by six, so the long-evening pattern of Türkbükü or Gümüşlük doesn't apply. Reservation pressure tracks hotel occupancy, not season alone; weekday tables remain easy. Curatorial interest is limited and we cover it accordingly — the chapter rests on one or two rooms, not a strip.
