Suyah is the second-act sister to Malva at Susona Bodrum, a poolside kitchen and bar built around the cultural pairing of Italian warmth and Japanese precision. Executive Chef Kaan Yıldırım runs a menu that moves between handmade pasta and Bodrum calamari on one side and sushi, uramaki and sashimi on the other. Stylish cabanas line the infinity pool, the bar pours a curated cocktail list, and golden-hour DJ sets carry the room from lunch into the early evening.
