Alliance has run on the İzmir Kordon for years; the Yıldızburnu room is its summer outpost on the Çeşme cape. The cooking sits between Italian and Aegean, fresh pasta, wood-fired pizza, sea bass and grouper from the local boats, mezes done with restraint. The terrace stretches along the water with capacity for serious group dinners (up to ~180), and the wine list runs deeper than most peninsula rooms. Stronger on Italian-side dishes than meyhane classics; come for pasta-and-fish nights, not a rakı table.
