Sushi Yoshinaga

Promoted to two Michelin stars in the 2025 guide, Sushi Yoshinaga is the most decorated sushi address in Paris. Master Tomoyuki Yoshinaga runs a ten-seat counter behind maple-wood panelling, working different cuts of fatty tuna, line-caught Brittany fish and Spain-sourced shrimp through textures and maturations no other Paris room is currently attempting. Ceramics designed by a Japanese artist; rosewood chopsticks on cedar trays; lighting calibrated to make the rice glisten. The 2025 promotion put it in the global sushi conversation. Reservations open one calendar month ahead at midnight Tokyo time, fill in the first hour. Lunch is the only realistic seat for visitors.
