Roasting since 2015, Sakona is the reference point for serious coffee in San Sebastián, where the café scene long lagged the kitchens. Owner-barista Javi García has placed at world barista level, and the bright Gros bar on Paseo de Ramón María Lili pours single-origin espresso and filter to match. A clean, design-led room for a proper flat white away from the pintxo circuit.
