El Vino sits on Omurca, ten minutes by foot from the castle and the Halikarnassus mausoleum, in a four-storey house the founding family of architects designed in stone and bougainvillea. Twenty-four rooms, two outdoor pools (one at garden level, one on the upper terrace), and the rooftop restaurant that gives the address its weight in central Bodrum: a Mediterranean menu, a sea-and-castle panorama, and the family's own H&G organic wine label served at the open Wine Bar. It is the boutique room in Bodrum-merkez that has held its place against the Yalıkavak and Türkbükü resort weight.
