Opened June 2020 on Arnavutköy's old square, Şişko Perihan keeps the meyhane spine, rakı, cold meze, slow nights, but updates the kitchen with Anatolian provincial cooking and adds a sharper bar than most neighbouring fish houses. Cobbled streets, plane-tree square, no Bosphorus view, but the right kind of evening.
