Kin Dee

Kin Dee is the Thai-modern room Tim Raue's broader operation runs on Lützowstraße in Tiergarten — Dalad Kambhu cooks an explicitly modern-Thai programme with strong regional sourcing and the technical discipline of the Raue kitchen network behind it. The room reads as small and dark, the format is tasting-menu and small-plates parallel, the wine and tea pairings carry the same conviction as Raue proper. Earlier Michelin star (promoted out of the guide in recent cycles) but the kitchen runs in the same register and the booking is easier than Raue itself.
