Alaçatı's Stone Courtyards
The stone village keeps its most romantic rooms in 1800s Hacımemiş houses, where olive trees, candlelight and old walls do the work no designer could fake.

Water's Edge: Cape, Şifne and the Sunset Line
The peninsula's most cinematic dinners sit on the water — the Yıldızburnu cape, the Şifne shore and the Çiftlikköy seafront, all facing the sunset across to Chios.

Tolga Kamiloğlu's contemporary Aegean kitchen on the Şifne seafront — an accomplished, design-led room right on the water. The cooking is modern and precise, the setting unashamedly romantic at dusk. It is one of the most polished date-night tables on the north shore. Time your reservation for the last of the light.

Sertan's small seafood room on the Yıldızburnu cape, with tables at the water's edge and a kitchen sharper than the modest setting suggests. Prices still make sense by Çeşme standards. It is intimate, low-key and genuinely on the sea. The cape evening without the resort-coast theatre.

The Yılmaz family's Çiftlikköy seafront since 2009 — arguably the quietest Çeşme fish table, looking straight across to Chios. The romance here is the stillness: water, a long meze, the lights of the island coming on. A table for couples who want calm over crowd. The sunset view does the heavy lifting.
