Cabbar opened in Nişantaşı in 2020 and arrived at Port Alaçatı in 2021, importing its ocakbaşı-club concept to the Aegean. The grill is the centrepiece — küşleme served hot in foaming butter, dry-aged cuts, classic mangal mezes — but the bar programme, run by mixologist Öztürk Koca, holds its own against any hotel rooftop in Istanbul. The room sits above the marina with sea views and a late, music-led second half. Best for groups who want to eat seriously then keep going past midnight.
Sit on the marina-facing terrace; ask for the küşleme and pair it with a Koca signature cocktail rather than the wine list — the bar is the stronger half of the kitchen here.
