Fuente is the rare Çeşme Marina venue that reads as an actual restaurant rather than a logo on a chain marquee. Founder Çağıner Bombatepe runs a kitchen led by chefs İsmail Çimen and Ali Yiğit; the day starts with proper croissants and French breakfast, moves through a Mediterranean lunch, and ends with mixology at the bar. Strongest on cocktails, seafood pasta and the sushi-leaning evening menu. Pricing is marina-tier, not all of it justified — but compared to the chain rooms either side, the cooking has a hand and an opinion.
Best as a long breakfast or a late drink — the lunch and dinner mid-band is where the markup shows most. Book a slip-side table; the inner room loses the entire point.
