Open since 1947, Bar Basso is where Mirko Stocchetto invented the Negroni Sbagliato, served in its signature oversized goblet. The list runs to 500-plus drinks, from AIBES-recognised classics to house creations, and during Salone del Mobile the bar becomes the unofficial design-world clubhouse. A genuine cocktail institution.
