From Diego Rossi of the cult trattoria Trippa, Alla Concorrenza reimagines the old osteria as a wine-first room: roughly 200 natural bottles from small growers, with crostini of tastasal, sheep tartare, focaccia, snails and tripe playing supporting roles. The kitchen is deliberately minimal; the wine and conviviality lead.
