Le Port / Lympia
Sélim M'Nasri's spice-route one-star table behind Port Lympia
Brothers Gaël and Mickaël Tourteaux, raised partly in Guadeloupe and trained at the Negresco, run Nice's most decorated central table on Rue Gubernatis. Their cooking marries Riviera ingredients with spices from afar, like local scorpionfish in a vadouvan-laced broth, earning a first star in 2011 and a second in 2018. An intimate room and one of the south's defining destinations.
