Nolinski Paris
Saint-Honoré & Palais-Royal
Jean-Louis Deniot-designed Evok hotel facing Comédie-Française, with Brasserie Réjane and a marble pool.
Philippe Starck's 1970s post-office turned Trocadéro design hotel with rooftop kitchen garden.
Evok Collection's flagship in a 1970s former postal building near Trocadéro — Philippe Starck stripped it back to concrete and stitched in walnut, leather and modernist art into 59 rooms and suites. The signature here is the rooftop: a 4,300-square-foot edible kitchen garden with vegetable beds, deck and jacuzzi, plus a chicken coop and beehive. Two pools (one indoor, one rooftop), a 1,000-square-metre fitness and wellness space — the largest hotel gym in Paris — and Brach Restaurant for Mediterranean small plates. Between the design pedigree and the Trocadéro/Passy residential perch, it reads as the boutique counterweight to the avenue Hoche palaces.
Rooftop suites have private terraces onto the kitchen garden; the 1,000sqm gym/wellness floor is the largest in Paris hotels.
