Founded in 1937 on Via San Felice and relaunched in 2015 by Elisa Rusconi, granddaughter of the founders, who guards the soul while pushing technique. Sfogline roll fresh pasta daily, also sold in the shop next door, beside cotoletta and reworked classics. A lively, genuinely local room listed in the Michelin Guide.
