Bezirk — eight tables, an open kitchen visible from every seat, a single tasting menu that changes weekly. One Michelin star plus a Michelin Green Star in the Austria 2026 guide. The cooking is what Vienna's modern register looks like at its most undiluted: heirloom Austrian vegetable varieties, fermentation-led acidity, a kitchen garden the team works themselves. The wine list reads natural and Austrian. The room is loud and warm rather than reverent — bistronomie scale, fine-dining ambition.
