Ambachtelijke macarons, gebak op zuurdesembasis en taarten volgens Franse techniek, op een kwaliteitsniveau boven de İstanbulse patisseriestandaard. Gelegen in het Zorlu Center bedient het de Beşiktaş-professionals die Europees patisseriewerk verwachten zonder daarvoor naar Europa te reizen.
