Andy Wahloo

Andy Wahloo has been on rue des Gravilliers since 2001, run by the Mazouz brothers (Le Derrière in Paris, Momo and Sketch in London), and has aged into one of those Marais addresses that rotates through redesigns without losing its register. The current version is a chic-upholstered room with North African-Pop Art accents, a small interior courtyard, and a cocktail list that leans on Mediterranean spirits. Crowd skews fashion-and-creative, especially on Thursday-Saturday from 22:00. Better understood as a place to spend three hours than to grab one drink — the courtyard especially rewards a long sit on a warm evening.
