Le Marais
Mazouz brothers' Marais cocktail bar — North African-Pop Art mash-up, since 2001, with a hidden courtyard.
World's 50 Best Bars veteran — eleven consecutive years on the list, peak rank #6 in 2023.
Little Red Door has been one of the world's most ranked cocktail bars since 2013 — eleven consecutive years on World's 50 Best, peaking at number six in 2023, still listed in 2025. The room is small, brick-walled, candle-lit, with London-shipped chairs and a bar team that builds menus around concepts rather than house classics: every season, a fully new programme with an editorial frame. Drinks are precise without being precious; the staff explain when asked and otherwise leave you alone. It's the Marais's serious cocktail address — for a starter round before dinner, a deep dive after, or a long mid-week sit at the bar.
Order from the seasonal concept menu, not the back-of-card classics. Bar seats are the move; book a table only for groups.
