Laura opened in summer 2024 on Yahşi's Sümbül Sokak strip and quickly became one of the new-generation Bodrum rooms people talk about on its own terms. Chef Melisa Yördem applies the line she carried from two years alongside Paul Moisson and from her Aheste period to a beach-restaurant format: a beach-club rhythm between ten and seven during the day, a late-evening chef's-restaurant room at night. The kitchen is the kind that can take a homemade midye pilaki, set it on a brioche and finish it with a tarragon salsa verde; the drinks list pushes house cocktails built on tequila and seasonal bitters. The dining room reads bohemian-chic, faces the sunset, and works for celebrations.
