Hacımemiş
An 1800s Hacımemiş courtyard under the olive trees — the village's most romantic stone-house dining room
Zeytin Konak's wood-oven pizza room set inside its own pesticide-free vegetable field — forty-five covers, dinner only, salads cut that hour
Zeytin Tarla is the field-side restaurant of Alaçatı Zeytin Konak Otel — a forty-five-cover dining room dropped into the middle of the family's olive grove and pesticide-free vegetable garden, five minutes from the village. The kitchen does one thing well: sourdough pizza out of a wood oven, with toppings — leaves, peppers, herbs, soft cheeses — that came in from twenty metres away. Salads change with whatever was cut that morning, the wine list is short and sensibly Aegean, and the only ceiling is the fig branches. Booking required, dinner only, the right vegetable-forward room for a quiet summer night.
Book the night before — forty-five covers go fast in August. Order one vegetable pizza from the day's leaves and one classic; the kitchen is sharper on the garden side than on the meat side.
