On the slopes of Vomero, a three-metre painting swings open to reveal a vaulted bar dedicated to Naples' Bourbon golden age, all art, antiques and design objects. The cocktail list, shaped by award-winning bartender Alex Frezza, runs from polished classics to Italian aperitivi, with a Neapolitan bistro kitchen alongside. Atmospheric and theatrical without tipping into kitsch.
