Senns moved from Salzburg to Vienna in 2021 — Andreas and Lisa Senn brought the family kitchen to a Neubau corner block near Spittelberg and earned a Michelin star in the Austria 2026 guide. The format is six- or eight-course tasting menus, the kitchen open, the room small (thirty seats) and warm-lit. The cooking sits in the modern-Austrian register the city has built around Mraz, Filippou and Steirereck: Austrian-grower wine list, kitchen-garden vegetables, technique in service of clarity rather than display. The Spittelberg-edge location keeps the booking on the more relaxed side of the Innere-Stadt fine-dining commitment.
Reserve four weeks ahead. The six-course menu is the right starting move; the wine pairing leans heavily Wachau and Burgenland.
