Daytime is breakfast and salads under the trees, evenings turn over to cocktails and dishes that travel well between drinks — manti, schnitzel, the grilled run. The bartender's habit of telling you what's in the glass is the kind of tell that separates a real cocktail bar from a place that learned the word. Big enough for a group, calibrated enough for two.
