| Ultima revisione: May 2026 La Bohème is the room Munich sends people to when they want a dry-aged steak with proper service rather than a hotel grill or a beer-garden chop. The kitchen runs six steak cuts top-to-bottom — Argentinian Black Angus on the entry end at €29 for 250g, Aberdeen Black 300g at €74 — plus a French-leaning brasserie menu of bouillabaisse, oysters, and tartare. The room is large and theatrical: velvet, brass, mirrors, the kind of staging Schwabing does well when it commits. Brunches on weekends are an event in their own right. Listed among the top-50 steakhouses in Germany.
