Forty years of that quiet division have made Mehtap the unflashy reference point of the southern Bodrum coast — a low harbour-side room facing Kos, an honest ice display, mezes (taze barbunya, deniz börülcesi, ahtapot salatası) that arrive without flourish. Reserve in August; the regulars do.
