The Populist schenkt İstanbul het meest ambachtelijke bier, eten en de mooiste muziek, in de historische Bomonti-brouwerij, waar de brouwcultuur sinds 2016 wordt voortgezet. Het interieur, ontworpen door het Spaanse bureau Lagranja, vangt de traditionele Amerikaanse pubcultuur, met een dj-station in een feloranje Volkswagenbusje. Brouwmeester Philip Green maakt signatuurbieren die perfect passen bij het verfijnde pubeten.
