DAHA is The Bodrum EDITION's 2026 partnership with 7Mehmet — the Antalya institution whose repertoire of over six hundred dishes is something close to a national archive. Third-generation chef Mehmet Akdağ runs the kitchen, pulling signature plates from the family canon and recasting them with Bodrum's seasonal pull — wild herbs from the hills, the day's fish from Yalıkavak harbour, slow-cooked lamb, mezze that take their time.
Order the mezze platter for the table even if you've eaten 7Mehmet in Antalya — Akdağ rewrites a few dishes here that you won't find at the original. The lamb is unmissable.
