The Place de la Madeleine institution chose Maxx Royal Bodrum for its first resort outpost, and the format is reverently intact — Beluga, Imperial and Oscietra served on hot baked potatoes, the ribbon-tied jacket potato that Parisian regulars order without thinking. Smoked fish, blinis, vodka cold enough to fog the glass. The room is small, the wine list short and serious, and the Gault & Millau Türkiye 2025 nod arrived in the first season.
The baked potato with caviar is the dish; if you arrive ordering anything else first you've misread the room. Book a corner table for the bay view.
