| Zuletzt geprüft: May 2026 Separate from the Köstem museum at Uzunkuyu, the working farm sits in Nohutalan village on a ridge that catches the wind from Ildır and Zeytineli bays. Founded in 2004 by retired biologist Güler Köstem with her husband Levent, it now runs fourteen thousand certified-organic olive trees, a modern mill, a tasting room, a small restaurant in the orchard, an art gallery and three guest rooms for those who plan ahead. The Memecik natürel sızma took JOOP Gold in 2025; the early-harvest bottling is the one to leave with.
